Ownership

This website (u-vox.com, the "Site") is owned and operated by Jordi Alhambra Herraiz (the "provider"), as an independent, personal project. You can contact the provider at info@u-vox.com.

Purpose of this notice

This notice sets out the terms of use of the Site and explains how personal data is handled, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). The provider may update this notice at any time; publishing the new version on the Site is considered sufficient notice.

The service

U-Vox lets users choose, free of charge, the songs played through the U-Vox system at participating venues, or on a privately run U-Vox Player. Music played is owned by the venue or individual running that particular U-Vox Player and is never served by streaming from this Site.

Privacy & data protection

The provider is committed to protecting the personal data of anyone using the Site or the U-Vox app. Where you register, use a form, or otherwise submit personal data, that data is processed only to provide the requested service (for example, replying to a contact request) and is not shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver that service, or where required by law.

The contact form on this Site is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, solely to route your message to the provider's inbox. No marketing lists, tracking cookies or analytics are used on this Site beyond what is strictly required for the contact form to function.

If you are a registered user of the U-Vox app, your alias and request history may be visible to other users by default; all other account data remains private unless you choose to make it visible from your account settings. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at any time by emailing info@u-vox.com from the address linked to your account.

Responsibility

By accessing this Site you confirm you are of legal age and that your use complies with the laws applicable in your country. The provider is not responsible for content introduced by third parties (including venues, artists or linked sites) beyond the provider's control, and will remove without delay any content found to breach applicable law, third-party rights, or public order once notified. The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available but is not liable for temporary outages due to technical failure, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The design, code, logos, text and graphics of this Site belong to the provider, or are used under licence or express authorisation, and are protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any part of the Site requires the provider's prior written consent. Third-party marks or content that may appear on the Site (for example, venue logos or flyers reproduced in the Gris tribute section) remain the property of their respective owners and are used here with their knowledge, in a non-commercial, archival spirit. Applicable law & jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the Site or its use will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
